Walks

Bitton Parish Council support Walking for Health and have a range of organised, free, led walks designed to suit different walking abilities. All walks are free, led by trained volunteers and there is no need to book.

Walking is a brilliant form of exercise available to most people. It can be hard to stay active, but walking could make all the difference. It’s a low impact exercise, so it’s easy for you to get involved – even if you’re not feeling your best. In fact, walking could help you feel great again.
